How long does onboarding take?
Most hospitals are fully onboarded within 3–5 business days. Enterprise integrations with EHR systems take 2–4 weeks depending on the existing system.
Is patient data secure? Can patients see doctor dashboards?
Yes — all data is end-to-end encrypted and access is strictly role-based. Patients see only their own data and care feed. Doctors see their patient panel. There is no crossover by design.
How does the Care Feed work?
Doctors write typed notes (Advice, Reminder, Praise, Urgent) directly against a patient's medication log entry. The patient sees it on their dashboard within 5 seconds — no app download required, just their existing login.
Do patients need a smartphone?
No. DawaTrack is fully web-based and works on any device with a browser — including basic smartphones. SMS logging options are available for patients without consistent data access.
